Abby Brockelbank is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family Practice and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care.

She holds degrees from Harvard University, University of Miami, Georgetown University and New York University – bringing together a world class education and over a decade of clinical experience across transplant, emergency medicine, internal medicine and gastroenterology.
